Flatplan of magazine cover

I chose this style to attract a key audience and make them wonder who the antagonist is? the reason I chose the antagonist to be on the front cover is because it creates an enigma presented to the audience and keeps them guessing as to what the story is about and more importantly who the character is. the magazine itself will be dark and murky to set a tone to it like other thriller movies which use dark colours and dark atmospheres to film their movies. It is important to get the font style and colour exactly as the wrong font and colours will fool the audience into thinking it is another genre that is not thriller, so I will need to conduct research from other inspirations to get a few ideas on what goes into making a magazine cover for a thriller movie. I have taken the audience research into mind and have found that if the magazine is covered in sell lines and special features, this would make them want to buy it more, therefore it is crucial to include as much sell lines as possible to entice the audience.
